I've look some on the HEM site but figured there must be a large number of people who use the software on here and might have encountered the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.I've been using Hold em manager in my games and recently it has been recording my heads up matches as having 4 entrants. While everything else is accurate I do like to filter out my 4 man results for some of the graphs I look at. Is there a way to fix this without it manually fixing after each game?
if your playing the 4player shootouts them HEM records that as a 4 player game as it should since your ROI is going to be much different in the 4man shootouts over 2 player HU.
Right...but when I play a normal 2 person heads up match it also records it as 4 entrants
hmmm, i don't know why it would do that, i don't have that problem here. i would post the problem on HEM forum.
