I play HU HT on pokerstars and I would like to know what is the best strategy against people who calls around 100% from their BB, I really don't know...open less? waiting for more value hands to min raise? your advices are welcome :-)

We need more info about villain's other tendencies. If his fold to cbet is high, you can still minraise a lot and cbet a lot. If his fold to cbet is low, but folds a lot to 2nd barrel, you still can 2nd barrel a lot. If he is a calling station postflop, limp more, or maybe fold the weakest part of your range preflop etc.

When the effective stacks are still quite high, I think you can probably also make your open raise size bigger (specially the for premium hands), limp the suited and/or connector type hands, and fold the junk hands
