Unless you sit a lot of regulars (or a ton of regulars sit you) then I would say absolutely not.
The regulars are a bit better in this jump, but still beatable.
However, in order to be beatable, you'll likely have to be a stronger player than you are now. I say likely because most people asking this question haven't played at $110+, which means they are likely not a top $110 reg yet.
If you avoid the few times of the day where it's nothing but regular after regular in the lobbies, you should be beating $115 for a decent ROI if you're doing well in the $55s.
If you're overrolled though, play when you have time and don't worry about playing regulars. It'l only make you better, and after a bit of time in many cases it's profitable.
I notice more regs during early weekdays (M-T) and during the daytime for USA (Like say noon to 5pm EST). I hear overnight is pretty good action. I think I played after midnight like once in the last year, during that Sandeep challenge and competition was nice and soft.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, unless you exclusively play during the dead times and never play weekends or nights, you shouldn't notice a major difference unless you have trouble hitting "decline" vs some of the better players.

Stay where you are man, the competition is super hard at 110 on PokerStars.
