use some screen recording program. Camtasia has a free trial 30 days and if u want something free camstudio is quite ok too. I am sure u would fine some other programs if u google around for a while.
His phrasing leads me to believe that he's just recording his play so a coach can review it (IE a leakfinder). I could be wrong though.
As for programs, Camtasia Studio's 30 day free trial is the full program, so I'd start there.
That's what I tought at first, but then again...what coach requests you to make a video, but does not tell you how to do it.
The first coach that comes to mind would be Gordon Gekko.
No I want to try the recordings first untill I have a good video with a lot of stuff I doesn't feel comfortable with before asking to a coach.

If you want to hire a coach for a video review, that might be fine. But if you want to hire a coach for one on one coaching watching a video together might not be the best options. You better would pick out like 20 hands which you wanna review and review those with him.
