HU end phase - Cog Dissonance Super Turbo Series Part 1: Starting Out

Hello everybody. I am new here, playing super turbos on ipoker with decent ROI. I watched this video (Cog Dissonance Super Turbo Series Part 1: Starting Out)  where endgame was involved and i am really confused.. 1)In 11:55 7Qo on SB. Blinds 30/60, effective stack is 455, around 7,5 big blinds. Cog commented that 7Qo is rigt on the edge to shove, and he prefer not to (but he shoved it finally). In my opinion it is auto shove, even Q4o is auto shove and SNG wizard said that shoving Q4o is profitable nearly every time agains all kinds of opponents.. 2) Another hand in the same video. Cog auto folded the J6s in 34:30 with 6 big blinds effective stack. This hand is every time +EV to shove according to SNG wiz. I am missing something? Or SNG wizz is bad tool for this kind of calculations? Both these hand are shoves according to NASH, both these hands are shoves according to sklansky-chubukov, opponent is fairly tight thats why I would shove 86o agains him with 6 big blind. Why not to shove J6s? Auto fold J6s with 6 big blinds? I think it is clearly bad play against relatively tight opponent.Or I am just bad?

Can you elaborate on that a

Can you elaborate on that a bit? Your ROI shows that you have a deep intuitive understanding of the game and it seems that something such as not making "obvious" shoves must mean there is a real reason not to in some situations.Maybe you haven't put a lot of thought into the exact reasons and with further thought maybe you can start to define these reasons. Or maybe you have thought about it a bit (I find it hard to believe you haven't, since you state that it's something that makes you uncomfortable and therefore a potential leak) and you've found some more concrete reason you don't shove here.Do you feel your endgame edge even with small stacks is so big against some players that you can find better spots?

remember that Nash is

remember that Nash is unexploitable, not necessarily optimal...
