Sounds like a clear violation of advertising rules on Stars and the account will likely be shut down on the first mod report if it's never had a real-money deposit -- so, who cares?

I would imagine PokerStars will shut that account down, I wouldn't think they allow .com names, but as long as he isn't bad mouthing us or making us look bad I am not concerned.
