I'm mainly playing turbo's but I want to get my hands dirty in hyper.
I'm gonna start at 1.50+10 so I'm probably not gonna face really thinking players. So any video with things I should look for, basics etc ?
Thanks in advance.

like where should I begin there is too much choice here and a lot of vidz are for more advanced plays :)
If you are thinking of buying one, Sentin's would be my pick. But there's a lot of free material on this site and Youtube for you to watch.

It's pretty much impossible to beat that limit, especially for a beginner. I suggest you move to a higher limit with less rake.
does the same apply for the 3.50s? I currently trying to get into HUSNGs mainly reading up on it yet and just started playing some 3.50 hypers. No idea what kind of ROI one can expect to reach at these stakes though.
$3.5 games are beatable.
The rake is pretty high but a lot better than the 1.5 games.
@ 1.5s => r = 0.1/1.5 = 6.67%
@ 3.5s => r = 0.1/3.5 = 2.86%
@7s => r = 0.15/7 = 2.14%
@ 15s => 0.31/15 = 2.06%
$7 games are the first level where the rake is beatable for a good clip (4-5% ROI vs fish infested player pool)
rake isn't .1 on your 1.4 for 1.5 hypers, its 1.44 to .06 as far as i can see. but it's still a significant difference between 1.5s and 3.5s. Guess I'll try my hand at 3.50s... i'm moving over from NL25 and my role could support 7s i think, but i'm not sure if it's a good place to start out. Any idea about the skill difference? Thanks for answering.
$7s are a little more aggressive than $3.5 games.
But both games are populated by tight passive fish relative to higher stakes.
I would start @ $3.5s and see how you go. It's a completely different game to 100bb 6max if that's what you've come from.
And the swings are more brutal than most people imagine.
