So far all the other vids playback just fine for me, but i tried to download and play skates first three vids and couldn't get them to work. Is there an easy solution to this problem?
Try VLC media player.
If that doesn't work, list your OS, browser and what programs you have tried to view his videos in.
His videos are in .mov so it's a little different than the rest of us (.wmv). He's on a mac, so we cut him some slack ;)
sorry to be a bother, but i can't get it to work properly. i tried vlc and windows media player.
i am using windows vista and firefox. on vlc it opens up ok, but the initial screen shot never changes. and there was no audio until i switched to audiotrack 2 which was weird. but teh audio was fine after i switched to track 2, just the video wasn't playing back properly.
i read in another part of your forum that it will play on quicktime. i have had problems with quicktime in the past, and it seems like other people are watching them fine on vlc. so i would rather not have to put quicktime on my computer.
so i did finally get the vids to play back. i had to redownload and reinstall vlc. maybe i had an old version or something. i thought it auto updated, but whatever. any it works, but i do have to go to the little "audio" button and click on audio track 2, or else i get no sound.
but it works in case anyone else is having this problem. and skates vids are good!
I just downloaded the video from the video pack. I had problems with VLC and WMP too. Works with Quicktime which i had to install.:( But whats really annoying are the table sounds (12seconds left etc). They are too loud. Would be better without them.

do you have itunes filthy, they'll play in itunes. which is built on top of Quicktime.
