Hey Guys!
At first i want to introduce myself. I am a 27-years old grinder from germany and the reason why i open this blog is to share my experiences and to help each other. For me it is also a good possibility to improve my english skills since they are very poor.
I played a lot of different types of poker games and had ofc good and bad times, but in the past 3 years i totally lost my focus on improvement and believing in myself- you can call it some sort of depression. Most of the time i was just thinking. And not the productive progressive thinking, no i just thought about how bad everything is running. At the beginning of this year i had big plans including heavy grinding in combination with a decent lifestyle, to wake up in the morning with a fresh mindset that allows me to improve and accept who i am and what i am able to reach. After 8 months this year i have to realize that only a few things have changed and most of the time i do the same shit as usual^^
Since i play poker, i always struggling with time-management and having a balanced activity schedule. I would describe myself as a passionate gamer and once i stuck into a game, im totally jumping in and forget everything around me. I missed this attitude for the last years and last week i played some hyper heads-up tor the lulz. It turned out that this was a good decision because i really felt well when i played some of them regarding to the massive opportunities they offer. I want to learn everything about this type und climb up the stakes.
Besides poker i am studying sports and additionally work as a fitness intructor. Sports and a healthy nutrition are some kind of my fundamentals and i love to help people getting back in shape, also there are a lot of decent girls hanging around in my gym^^ So if you have any questions about fitness and stuff, feel free to ask.
I'd like to update this thread very often and want you to follow my way from zero to hero at the hypers. Besides them i play low-stakes mtts on several sites but looking forward to put most volume in sngs and play only some mtts at the weekend during semester. University restarts in october and until then id like to see myself grinding the 7$ hypers with a good winrate. Right now i started at the lowest limit to get in touch with the gameplay and after some studiying i leap the 3,50$ and start with 50 BI at the 7s.
first updates with my first impressions of the hypers will follow soon
