Other than grinding which im doing as much as i can squeeze in (when not reading the LC thread on 2+2) can you recommend anything i can do to improve my hand reading abilities, are there any exercises that you chaps used to do whilst moving up the stakes.  Or is experience, time spent playing and reviewing the hands where we saw villains hole cards king?
