Inducing a bluff

Hello,

Villain was a weak reg. After 80 hands his bet oop was 90%, everytime I checked back on the turn, he fired on the river. So I wanted to turn my hand into bluffcatcher. Is there a value bet fine? Because of his low f2cbet, I think, he still could call a lot one paired hands.

Steal 80%, limp 20%, 3bet 17%, Call steal 32%, cbet 90%, fold to cbet 20%, x/r flop 4%

I´m sorry, but I don´t know, why convertor doesn´t work

Calling on the flop does not

Calling on the flop does not equal calling on the river.
It's a 4 flush board, he'd of probably raised many Kx hands on the flop vs your cbet, so you're hoping here he calls non flush card single pairs, and weaker pairs at that. I just don't see it being realistic and I would check back this river.
I don't think you should check the turn to induce on the river either, you check the turn because you now have a very weak hand based on the way the board played out (hard to get value from worse hands, hard to fold better hands, you basically have the same equiv to a hand like 44 on a Q973 1 or 2 flush board on this turn... don't let "2 pair with the K" blind your relative hand strength here, it's weak).
I would play it the same except check back the river.
