JUST 8T BIG BLIND I PLAYED BAD on 30$+1.5 BUT IT WORKED

ok first i have to let you know that the  vilain was a really bad player on sharkscope and seemes very bluffy

As the hand played out it

As the hand played out it was fine, but against bluffy/aggro players I generally DO NOT want to call with weak hands OOP, I prefer to call really light OOP against the real weak/tight guys.
If you run into a rare aggro/blufftard that can fold, then I can see PF being ok, but almost always I think it's bad to call with a hand like T8o OOP against a laggy type player.
