I would bet/fold the turn. If he seems quite solid then he should know that you are not betting flop and turn with a bluff in a 3 bet pot. So when he check raises the turn I think thats a strong line almost always. If there are bluffs in his range in this spot, I would be very surprised given how unlikely he would have fold equity. In his shoes I wouldnt be doing that with anything less than TPTK, but more likely AA, or a set. FWIW, I think your sizing on the flop and turn is good. If he does have 99-QQ you are getting good value on flop, and making it small (yet big enough lol) enough to call on the turn.
