I just have a couple of curious questions in regards to the influx of new coaches making videos lately.I really just wondered if we are going to see regular videos from all these new coaches or if they are just kind of being trialed out and if this is going to be a regular thing from now on ie seeing lots of different people make vids.Personally I think its great having so many different views and different styles and I'm enjoying it so far, but like I said I'm just curious as I have "nosy neighbour" disorder
More than a fine and fair question to ask.We have part 2 of Weisner/SSS already in posession. SSS has agreed to two more videos soon on his own as well.I expect to get a few more JacktheShipper and Raziel videos soon too, though we have to work out details.Borg has another 1-3 videos left before university, I think he may be holding off on new video until that is over.So in short, SSS yes, JTS/Raziel likely, Borg briefly, Melanie at least one.Oh and we have a few more new people making at least a few videos each.Nobody is "gone" either out of the regular group, just diversifying, adding new talent and value to the library and seeing how we like new instructors and how they enjoy the process. To give you a bit of insight into the process, many of these were a long time coming. I tapped Melanie to do a video before she was even a FTP red pro, she's just busy and made it a priority recently. SSS has talked about doing a video with her at least since his interview here on HUSNG earlier this year (excellent interview btw, check that out). JTS has been kicking around the idea of doing a video for over 6 months. He was going to do some dual videos with Barewire awhile ago, but that never materialized. He's here now though.
Cools, thanks Ryan.maybe I missed something, but who's Raziel? Good to hear SSS will be making someWill Maxxv2 and capt calldown be making anymore?
Sorry Raziel = CaptainCalldown.Maxv2 is working on his 2nd video too. So lots of new faces, and for the most part I expect further contributions from them all.The only unknown really is the long term, but as Black Friday points out (and even without it), long term hinges on way too many unknown variables to have any real certainty. Even in a stable poker world, you have guys like Skates and Mers transitioning over to other industries. They aren't the only successful players that have jumped into other things either. Good HUSNG players move into cash, staking, start families, etc. all the time. But yea, I'm really looking forward to some of the new material from the new coaches to supplement our strong existing base. And there should be even more new players contributing this year.
Heh, yeah the name thing has the potential to get a little confusing. I'm Raziel on stars, 2p2 and here but my ipoker name and my blog are CaptainCalldown. Definitely want to do some more videos in the near future so watch this space
