It seems like lately I've been running into a lot of over flushes when I have a low end flush. For instance I have 87ss on a board of Ks 4h 5s Qs 7h...Should I be playing this cautiously or is it just a cooler when I run into a better flush?

Variance, I think 80% of the time you are ahead on those boards. If a 4th spade had spiked I would play cautious, but so far you are ahead I would assume. Of course if you have a read or something then yeah play cautious.
