I'm at the beginning of my Hyper HU journey and I'm still not convinced to continue.
The most problematic thing for me is the volume.
Because of my job, family etc. I'm not able to play more then 200-300 trns per month
So the question is simple - is it possible to be good and profitable at HU Hypers with such a low volume?

In answer to your simple question of course it is possible to be good and profitable only playing 200-300 tournys per month, however this is dependent on what you class as pfofitable?
For example if you are playing the $15 hypers with a 3% roi and your volume you will be making around $100 per month which is indeed a good roi and profitable in the process.
My advice to you is to treat poker as a fun hobby and not worry about the money aspect, just study hard and be as good as you can be if your personal circumstances do ever change then you may be in a good position to take poker more seriously.

Think of it this way: If you're making a buyin per hour, you're doing exceptionally well. Well, if you're playing 10hrs a month, you would be doing incredibly well to be making 10 buyins per month.
So if you look at other games like MTTs, you may win 50 buyins one month, but the next 5 months could be breakeven. The same really goes for any of these games (including hypers).
Personally, when I was playing regularly, the times I was playing higher volume, it was far easier to handle bad stretches of variance, because they were over in a shorter amount of (real life) time. If you get through a 1k breakeven stretch in 2 weeks, it's far easier to handle (in my mind) than it taking 5 months to get through it.
So, if you keep this in perspective, and do not be discouraged if you have several months of not making a profit, then you should be fine and hypers should be a great choice for you (turbo husngs, 6 max hyper sng, MTT, PLO perhaps if you understand the basics alread... these are all fine games to choose at low or high volume).
