Hi guys, i play HUsngs for many years, and i realy tried to loose my game a lit bit but i cant... I play 15$s reg speed... Can you please tell what you see in these numbers?
Your tighter play probably isn't hurting you much in the early blind levels at the lower stakes when you're often readless and probably facing some looser opponents, but as the game goes on, I think you're missing way too many opportunities to find fold equity that often comes as a result of aggression (preflop, on the flop, etc.).Looking at HokieGreg videos for an overall gameplan (from a guy that has played both regular and turbo speeds for a long time) and looking at some Mersenneary videos for mid to end game (shorter stacks) fundamentals would be a good start. Many, many other instructors to look at, but I'd start there for you.
I will endorse the Mersenneary vids for end game play as well. Also check out the free ebook that is available on this site. Some great stuff on end game play in that. Chapters to check out are........Readless Ranges: What to do 20bb Deep from the Big Blind Against an Unknown Opponent Jamming Expectation Against a Frequent Button Opener 20bb deep Optimal VPIP Out of Position Big Blind Play Against a Minraise, 10-15bb deepCorrectly Applying "Shove or Fold" Small Blind Endgame Strategy Small Blind Play 11-14bb Deep: Raise, Openshove, Fold, or Limp?222
