NASH calling ranges - Cog Dissonance ST series.

Hello,
I have a question about the calling ranges Cog is giving in his 4th video of the serie. In this video he explains the NASGH table and says he's calling a little bit tighter (~3 to 4bb) then than the table.
Does he say that strictly for like the medium hands like K5o / K4o / K7o? Because if I check the table it says to call a hand like 87o with 4.7bb's, 96o  4.2bb's. Isn't it a fault if u fold like 4bb's when having 96o until u have 1.2 bb? How can I interpetate this for these hands that flop good against the hands that villain is shoving which include hands with a 2nd kicker lower then a 7/6 (like K2-5/A2-5)?
Hope you understand what I mean.

I can't personally answer for

I can't personally answer for Cog, but my own (default) strategy is based on what the average opponent does.
And I find that the average opponent open jams tighter than Nash SB at 7-12bbs, so I'm not going to call as wide on average at those sizes.
However, I find that players converge closer to Nash sb as the stacks get smaller. I don't see players folding a lot more than Nash suggests at 1-5bb, so my calling range more closely resembles Nash bb.
As for specific hands, play around with ICMIZER to get a good feel for what hands you can and can't call against various types of tighter open jammers.
