I need 40$ on Neteller but I've got my money on MB only. I wouldn't like to do deposit from my bank acc becouse it takes kind a big amount of fees.

You can also use a credit card through paypal without an account.
In addition to that, you can also cashout your winnings at some poker site to Neteller - ie. deposit with MB, play with the money for some time (all poker sites require this), then cashout your winnings to Neteller.
Nah I don't that's possible. When you deposit $X using method A and win some larger amount you'll still have to withdraw that same amount using the same method IIRC. That's how I have ~$200 stuck on MB wherever I go and everytime I change sites they murder me w $>€>$ exchange, it doesn't matter what method I use to xfer the rest of my money
