I've been playing on Carbon (off and on) since Black Friday but it seems like their games are slowing down and the new VIP program has taken away my % 35 rakeback which is the main reason I'm looking elsewhere. I'm looking into some other sites and wonder who has the best games now. I generally play hypers (micro limits). Anyway, any advice is appreciated.

Assuming you're an USA player - your choices are Revolution network and the Winning Poker network. Avoid Lock poker(revolution), as they take ages to process cash outs...
Both of my suggestions have hyper turbos (500 starting stacks, 2 min blinds, 10/20 starting levels and largely 2% rake)
Choices are quite thin right now.
For USA guys, I'd recommend Winning Network (27% rb, soft games, cheapest and fastest cashouts), though the negative there is the traffic is not huge.
Revolution has more traffic, but play on a skin like Intertops (fast, though expensive cashouts, 36% rakeback). Lock and Juicy Stakes are both very bad at paying players out on time, the safety of funds in those places is really in question.
