Be sure that they received your email - you must get automatical email from their robot with confirmation.
They usually answer within 24 hours, but lately FT should have tons of emails from players regarding their new soft and new bonus. You can try to send email directly to accountinfo@fulltiltpoker.com, this is email for account questions.
Just resend the email every 2 days or so until they reply. Make sure it is 100% clear what you want them to fix.
You shouldn't have any problems, I have never heard of anybody having trouble with this except for slow support.
