Optimizing ROI/focus by different factors

What kind of music would you guys recommend listening while playing, or no music at all? Does this effect your play anyway?I've been really wondering the past few months if the way you sit, music etc. effects your ROI. Any suggestions?

Music you like I guess :)  It might keep your mood more upbeat and that might help you getting off track by getting tilted :)

As far as music goes I try to

As far as music goes I try to keep it something low key, if I start listening to eminem or something like that I feel like I can crust the world and I get spewy. For the way you sit it is my opinion that sitting up is the best way to go because it keeps me engaged. If I sit with my feet up or something like that I seem to start autopiloting which is not a good thing.

I like up tempo jazz or even

I like up tempo jazz or even better is the stuff they use on movie soundtracks.  There is a great internet radio station cinemax.com that you can listen to while online playing.  I find any music with words hurts my focus.

I know this sounds very basic

I know this sounds very basic but if you find music relaxing then play it but if you find it distracting then don't.I'll listen to whatever I enjoy if I'm only playing 1-2 HU tables but if I'm playing 4 I usually want all of my focus on the games.
