Hi,
In the last weeks I have been keeping track of the games I've been successful in and at what time in the day those peaks occurred.
I find naturally that in the morning I am the most alert and focused, even though some times in the evening after dinner and the kids are asleep I can also slip into the zone.
So much about my game play and rate of success seems dependent on my mood and physical well being I thought I should research further the information vaults of the interwebz... Maybe you to have some tips and advice on optimum times of play or anything that you do that enhances your performance.
A nice quote to kick it off with - Einstein said that if a person studies a subject for just 15 minutes a day in a year he will be an expert, and in five years he may be a national expert ! Watch out SkaiWalkurrr here we come :-)

So here I am again after busting out half of my roll.
I know my problem, it is related to the above post. OBVIOUSLY when I'm not feeling 100% it is not a good time to play, that can includes all of these states - anger, frustration, boredom, fatigue. Have banned myself for 24 hrs AGAIN, to give me time to think about this.
I will try to discipline myself to play one out of every two days, the aim being to give me a fresh and enthusiastic start to Poker when sitting at the tables.
Untill tomorrow !

Go forth and CRUSH !
