Passive'ish opponent - easy river fold?

Not exactly a complicated hand tbh but id rather not lose chips in these situations.  Only read i had before this was that villain had min bet TPNK all the way to the river where he hit trip Kings and did one final min bet, he had been pretty passive throughout and this hand confirmed i guess that he was trappy, didnt raise pre or cbet much at all.

Is this an easy fold, in hindsight i adjusted badly in this game as against most aggro players at the baby stakes this is probably a profitable call... or would you always dump the hand?

I'd be much more inclined to

I'd be much more inclined to call here if that Queen didn't hit at the turn - and if he's that passive, I just don't see him bluff here that often.

This pretty much looks like he got scared by that Queen on the turn and is now trying to compensate for the missed value by that big bet.

If I saw the guy min bet TP

If I saw the guy min bet TP all the way down, and hadn't seen him slowplay in similar situations, I'm calling here, it just looks too suspicious to me and even passive players show up with bluffs towards the end of the game (especially if losing or if they have some thought and are trying to take advantage of an image).

If he's slow played or shown he can check top pair in a similar spot, I lean towards folding.  But Qx is the only hand that makes a ton of sense for a player that doesn't slowplay, and even Qx bets the turn some % of the time from a passive player, so the random passive guy is bluffing well more than needed here to make that call unless you have slowplay reads on him.
