No, its not. I have tried it and you can't seem to just measure the luck you currently have in the table. That is some kind of weird stuff going on.

Poker luck meter doesnt measure how much luck you had in terms of the quality of the hands you were dealt, how frequently you hit flops or the ratio between coolers given/taken against the other players.As far as I understand it says you´re lucky If you have run above EV and unlucky when you have ran under EV.
