Do you do anything involving rental investment properties?

The closest I've done was feasibility studies and valuations for serviced apartments as an investment. Keep in mind though that all my projects consisted of 150 units or more, so not sure if that's something you're interested in. I'm starting my MSc in Real Estate Investment in September though, so ask me then and I'm pretty sure I can help you out.

What level are you at in the minors?

My buddy is at AA for the White Sox.

Its working with data which has geographical data attributes. For instance a city may need to figure out the fast route for firefighters to take to a fire, or a company may need to find out where to send information based on the general statistics of the community (ie no point sending flyers for a real fancy restraunt to the projects.. etc). There are countless uses to it, recently I made software which could predict road driving hazards (find out if sun will be directly in eyes, etc)

Its pretty interesting, I do alot of work with satellite imaging as well, mapping changes in landcover, damnage estimates for insurance companies etc.

lots of uses, its a fairly good feild to be in.

Skills:

1) Have a lot of medical knowledge (I'm not a doctor or licensed professional) from taking care of a quadrapeligic father and my own health issues (e.g. mental health, post traumatic migraines, asthma, etc.).

1a) I have damaged my ulnar nerve and have had carpal tunnel as well as brachial plexus issues in the past.  I've learned a lot about ergonomics, exercises, and injury prevention.  Few people can fathom how much damage they are subjecting themselves to by ignoring ergonomics and doing normal things like resting their arm on an armrest while typing.

2) I've played and programmed synthesizers since age 13 (I'm 34 now).  I can teach you basic to intermediate music theory as well as give feedback on getting started as a digital musician.  I live in the MPLS area and know several professional musicians.

3) Teach you REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) theory and how to implement it to challenge irrational beliefs and modify behaviors.  I've lost 110 lbs using these techniques.

4)  Non-poker gambling.  I know how to play Blackjack using a simple counting system with basic strategy.  Also, I can tell you how to play positive expectation video poker and resources to find the best machines.  I also know how to play all the major casino games with a high degree of skill.

5) 401K investing, precious metals, coins and collectibles, bonds, etc.
