I am just wondering if there is a way for you to set the private message settings so that we can:
1. Tell if our message has been viewed.
2. View messages we have sent.
3. Recompose our message if we want to change it when we preview it prior to sending it.

The following measures should sort out your difficulties...
1. In your Sent Messages folder, unread message will have the phrase unread beside them in red.
2. To view sent messages, simply select the Sent Messages option from the dropdown menu.
3. To recompose in preview mode, simply edit in the text box beneath the preview before sending.
