Hey dsel,Sorry you had problems signing up. The States and Provinces for Russia are in Russian and that seems to be causing a problem with character encoding for some reason. What I've done for you at the moment is disable that field as a requirement so that you should be able to skip it altogether and just go ahead and sign up while I get the language problem fixed.Thanks for trying out different character encodings and submitting a screenshot when asking for help.
