Is Bovada -Ev to be playing, since you play "anonymously" you cant take notes and keep them (unless they accept a rematch) . I have been playing the 10$ turbos and I had a 10+% roi on all the sites I have played at, at this level. And the action at the levels I have played at are relativly fast at all times of the day. I do find the games fishy, but I cant seem to be consistant at winning.
Just wondering your thoughts.
Playing anonymously should not be a problem, for as long as you have a good default strategy.

I think it's probably even more +EV than many sites, for three reasons:
1) No good huds and anonymous players makes less regs want to play there.
2) No hyper turbos makes less hyper regs play there.
3) The huge sportsbook and casino there attracts a ton of fish.
All those reasons make the playerbase quite fishy, that I think even with anonymous players it likely is the softest turbo games you'll find.
Now, for non USA guys, it's a USA facing site, so that is a negative. And the rewards aren't great (rakeback is nonexistent, I think the rake is a full 5% at the $100 or $200 level, it tops off at $200 I believe still). So for high stakes guys, buyins stop at $200 and there's no hypers. If you're a low to mid stakes US turbo player though, this is a great option.
