Hi,I was wondering what is the best way for me to ask some questions about a pretty old videos (more than 1 year ago) to the authors of those vids.Do I simply leave a comment, and they will be notified in some way ? or can I contact them in a different way... throught mail, skype, smoke signals... PM them, slightly more +ev than smoke signals
It also depends on the coach.You might want to put all the info needed to answer the question into a thread and post it in the non member or member forums, that way you can get some answers nearly 100% of the time.But PMing the coach to let them know you commented is a good idea, many coaches will comment then.
