Blinds 10-20 verse a standard reg, 75BB effective stacks

we have 22-88 in the BB, SB opens to 3x, we just flat here with these stack sizes taking into account IO's correct?

At what size effective stacks do we start 3bet jamming these hands? I'm still a bit fuzzy on this....
