Matej "mtvdeuem" Cepon in his thread "TOP 7 HU SNG Hyper Turbo Players" ranked FisFarfar in 4 place. He wrote:
It took me a while to come up with a reason why I am only ranking him at nr. 4, despite the fact that he earned the most money of all HU SNG players (normal, turbo, hyper) in 2011. Then I finally realised that he has played a significantly smaller number games of this year in comparison to everyone else, I guess he decided to rather enjoy the fruits of his last year’s success somewhere in warmer and sunnier places! Don’t be mad at me, I still love you! (February 12, 2012)
1 year before (February 25, 2011), FisFarfar was also ranked in 4 place by Danny Mirttinur. He wrote:

Of all the regulars on this list, I like fisfarfar’s game the best. He plays very creatively, opens a lot of buttons, and is very loose in general. He understands theoretically good bluff spots and therefore will force you to call in situations where you are behind and is apt at bluffing you off the best hand. Still, some parts of his game are too passive and he tends to play too exploitably late game.
