Rivered underfull IP vs overshove from a bad villain

This is the third game vs villain, about 100 hands in. He's calling down too light and he's often minbetting air. There have been spots in previous matches where he minbet 20 into 280 and folded to a raise to 60. OTOH the hand before he minbet (t30) flop and turn and then bet 60/called river with A2 on J34A2 board (suits don't matter). There was also a hand where he minraised a flop stab, bet 1/3 pot on turn and 2/3 pot on river with J4 on J437A. FWIW I doubt he's good enough to use metagame as a cover for his bluffs and valuebets. I haven't even seen him overshove river yet, let alone seen his cards in these spots so I have no good read on him, except that his range is heavy on bluffs on flop and turn. He did the min3bet once, I think I bluffed him away on flop or turn. I don't remember that hand too well, but PT3 just crashed so I can't look it up without resetting my computer.

BB: t917         M = 20.38
Hero (BTN/SB): t2083         M = 46.29

Pre Flop: (t45) Hero is BTN/SB with 9h Tc
Hero raises to t60, BB raises to t90, Hero calls t30

Flop: (t180) 4h Ad 9c (2 players)
BB bets t30, Hero calls t30
I should've raised him to 145ish but meh he folded pretty consistently in these spots so I figured I'd rather get value from his minbets and make a small raise on the river if the board bricks.

Turn: (t240) As (2 players)
BB bets t30, Hero calls t30

River: (t300) 9s (2 players)
BB bets t767 all in

edit: sorry for ugly formatting, somehow I can't make images and colored text work outside the editor window

I love those kinds of donks,

I love those kinds of donks, they always frustrate me and crash me.

I still have to work out a strategy...

at any rates he either has a 9 or an A....I make a crying call.
