RyPac13 continues review, this time reviewing a pair of hyper matches played at the $30 and $100 levels on the Revolution Network. He talks about facing small 3bet sizes at short stacks and factors to consider when facing river aggression with a weak hand.
Great vid Rypac,
One thing I see the student doing in this video is that he/she keeps checking the graphs. Not the worst idea, but I have the feeling that student is trusting the graphs to much and not understanding opponents tendencies. You mentioned limping with 105 because of his 3betting range which is a great play, but im sure the graph says m/f. For all the poker players, it is a must not to fall in love with the graphs and still remember that we are always adjusting.

thanks for the reply
i am trying not to use the charts when i play anymore. :-)

Hey Paul,
I agree about the graphs. I went over it more in the first video since it was happening then too (and some more in the comments of video 1, so I didn't readdress it in this video because of that.
Good point on the T5.
Hey, RyPac13.
Thanks for the work, found the video useful for myself'. Will give it a practice time now.
Wanted to ask you about 2 bottom lines of your hud. Not sure what abbreviations stand for. If you find acceptable to answer that, please feel free to reply any way you prefer. Would appretiate it.
Hello i would like to start with saying that this is just my amateur self made hud, that could be much better. Any proposals are helpfull.
The botton line svu8, svu14, svu25
stands for openshove 1-8bb 9-14bb 15-25bb ( it does not take the stat when the opponent 3bs into account)
The 2nd line from the bottom
TFB, TB
Turn Fold, Turn bet
defiently stats that could be improved, and i am still working on that, and my hud in general.
I would like to have the stat for how oftent my opponent 2 barrels, and fold to 2 barrels.
So as said, my hud could defiently use a lot of improvment.
IF you have any other quiestion about the hud, or anything else, feel free to ask.?
I could also send you my hud, if you use hm2 and would like to use the hud. on this site you can download a free hud with nash, but i think it takes too much space on my screen.
IF anybody have some feedback on my hud, or have a better hud i can have, i would appriciate it very much.
Søren
