Never used it, it may not be allowed on any of the sites either, so check the T & C and probably check 2p2 for enforcement policies on all of the rooms before you proceed.I don't believe there are any official programs such as the sharkscope HUD for husngs, but I know a few people that have built them over the years, none at the moment that I can recall are updated/workable however.It can be useful for game selection, but unless you play really high or mix in a lot of higher stakes play on random sites (like having FTP, Stars and other sites open at once) then I think it's more useful to just play normally and deal with a smaller edge (made up for by more games per hour).
The sharkscope HUD is only useful in multi opponent SNG's, I can't imagine why you'd want to use it HU, you can just look the guy up manually. I guess it's cool to know who you're playing and to be honest I use it that way but if you look a guy up first if you're looking to join then you end up using 2 searches on him, not a big deal maybe but still a waste. I can't see why it wouldn't work in a HUSNG though, the regular version that is. You need to write their support if you have any issues with it.
