shoving/calling 3bet+ equity

Hi,
First of all, hello to everyone:-)Now my problem:I've noticed after quite a sample of 3,5s @PS, 5s @FTP, and 7s @PS (all regular) that I have a little leak or just lack of knowledge with subject of 4bet shoves, 3bet/4bet shove calling.
I was wondering when you know that basic opponent will shove over 3bet let say PP: 77+ maybe 66 also; AJ+,A10s+(And their calling range from the other hand will be just as same from my experiance) - how should I manage the 4bet shove and calling a shove range of my own to always be EV+?for example when we are early in the match fe: 15/30 level and the eff stack round starting 1500we are OOP and facing a 3x from a fairly loose aggressive player - so we are sitting with AJs and decide to 3bet to around 240 and he is shoving here. What move will be correct in general? Because calling seems to be quite bad decision and if it is I certanly have to muck it down from now on;) as everything except A10s which is dominated and AJ when we do split most of the time, seems to beating us or beeing at least a flip.
Also Ive noticed few players that loves to shove instead of non allin 3bet with quite a polarized range but still about same as i mentioned earlier - they will of cuz shove with nuts but still be shoving even 55 and A6s+, A8o+. When I know that is calling with A10, AJ is EV+? Is calling with 77s or 88s EV+?Im sorry if my whole question looks even more complicated then it is :) I will be satisfied with any knowledge and try to figure out the rest :)Cheers.
