The 3rd hand of the game...
not really sure what your questions are but hand 1 is standard..
hand 2 I don't think you can fold with tpgk having invested like 1/3 of your stack over. With reads flatting on the flop might not be bad but he raised 8x and you're getting over 2:1. I stack off here without much trouble.

hand 1 wtf u got thenut u can't do much
hand 2 i fold,3betting a c\r is a very strong move and that seems a set to me,also because he open x4 wich a lot of players love to do w\ poketpairs,u neither got Akiker so i think u can found better spots with ur 1000 chips
Hand 1, well as your opponent, I would never 3bet-jam here over your c/r with A8, imo that's just massive spew and you're almost never good when called - but you'd still get my entire stack because of that 8 at the turn ....
I'd flat your c/r with TPTK and shove the turn if you bet it, or bet/call if you check to me - but if the turn was another card I might actually find a fold in the hand, yes. At least, I'd never be happy to get the money in if you c/r me on a flop like that.
I assume that was your question, right ?
Hand 2, it'd be really helpful to know how he's playing his draws - but I just don't see him bet full pot with a draw and jam over your c/r and Fiammaz also raised a good point regarding this 4x thing often being some kind of a pocket pair.
I'd also check/raise here, the board is just too wet to flat this, but fold to his shove - I'd expect to see either a better made hand such as AT / overpair / two pair / set or a strong combo-draw here very often.
Sure you put a lot of chips in the pot, but I don't think you're good here often enough and even if you're still ahead, he can also have some sort of a combo-draw which has a lot of equity against your one-pair hand.
