You shove good Ax pre and fold bad Ax. Even if you would have Ax here you would just call his flop bet readless. Same goes for Qx. Your range is simply really thin and weak and that is why he hero calls imo. Just think about 1 hand you could have in your range that would take this line. I cannot think of a single 1 exept a flushdraw.
It's certainly close and possibly a fold for villain if it's readless/ the possibility hero is a fish, because fish can and will pull that line very merged. However Micici is spot on if villain has some idea about your ranges..
