I started playing the $1.50 hypers on stars on 6 January. I ran hot and quickly moved up to the $3.50s where I ran hot again and now I am playing the $7 games. However I am having some difficulty in the $7 games. The players are a lot more aggressive than before and the swings are bigger. I have never had any coaching and my only education was watching free videos on youtube. I have a lot of free time and want to improve my game. What do you suggest is the fastest way to do it? Should I get a video pack and if so what is the best one for the games I am playing? I read a bit about Sentin's video pack but I'm still not sure if I should get it. Also what kind of roi should I expect from the $7 games? In the 1.50 and 3.50 games I ran like god and had rois of 12 and 11 percent respectively. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you got a lot of free time then I suggest to apply for Husng staking program at this site. Imo its the best way to get better and move up stakes, since most of the video packs are out dated, but in staking program you get to know new things every day.
About ROI - if you 1 table then you can get 4-7% roi depending how good you are.

How does the staking programme work and what is it? Do you have to pay or do you just get staked and then you get group coaching sessions? It's kind of confusing to me. Exactly what happens after you send them your email?
