I'd flat call and reevaluate the turn. With stacks this deep I'm not very excited about getting it in with top pair no kicker unless I think the guy is a complete maniac. A loose/aggressive player probably isn't folding the first two hands preflop very frequently, so that would lean me even more towards just calling.
