Villain was not getting out of line. He would call down sometimes, so my turn bet was for value, but I did not expect to get raised. He hadn't been raising much and I don't think he would raise on a semi-bluff. He would have reraised AK preflop, but flat called hands like K9o (obviously) or K2s.After my turn bet, I don't see how I can fold. But I do expect him to show up with a set or a straight here. I honestly don't know if he would raise KT or weaker here, though he very well may.Can I get away from this hand here or play it differently? Or with these stacks even against a tightest opponent (when raising) am I stuck getting allin?
I think with the stacks being what they are, you are just too pot committed with this strong of hand to really fold it. The stronger your reads are, the more likely it is that you can fold, but against a one or two match player I think the times he just feels more pressured with so many chips in the pot/blinds going up and shoves semi bluff draws or weaker Kx hands is more than enough to make a call > fold, even with stronger hands in the range like K9.
I think you played fine, and at that stack size you really cant fold top pair. You had to bet the turn, just unlucky.
