Turn brings flush draw and gutshot. Was happy to surrender flop but now what?

No Limit Holdem Tournament • 2 Players$14.39+$0.61 Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converter SBStef Gotsch1840  BBHero1160  Effective Stacks: 23bb Blinds 25/50 Pre-Flop (75, 2 players) Hero is BB Stef Gotsch raises to 100, Hero calls 50    Flop (200, 2 players) Hero checks, Stef Gotsch checks    Turn (200, 2 players) Hero bets 100, Stef Gotsch raises to 350    HERO ???????Still early on but Villian appears to be a  typical passive player at the $15s. Has shown minimal aggression, has folded many buttons to my min raises and also folded to the SB on occassion. I feel like I should beat opponents like him a ssignificant amount of the time. I don't think we have much fold equity here. What percentage of the time do we need a fold here?

Its very doubtfull that you

Its very doubtfull that you will get a fold from a passive player who raised you. Flatting or folding both seems fine to me, though at this stack depth I'd lean towards folding.
