Hi. Considering I am just starting out in HU sngs, to what extent should I avoid guys with good sharkscope stats?

Obviously I am not sitting first and am also avoid the real big winners, but if traffic is slow, not sure whether to wait for the fish or sit with some of the smaller winners.
