I believe so.  MP4 files should work, there aren't many but the .wmv ones I believe you can convert (Radeh had a conversion article in our articles section for ipods).

Mind If I butt in??? Yes you can even view these video in IPAD or IPOD Touch so long as you have a good video converter.Theres heaps of good converters out there that can make it happen.
