I have just started here and don't want to be a pest, but some weird things are happening. I tried using windows media player at first, and it worked fine for the first day. The second day it would not play. a window would pop up and say,player can not play this file.; then I got the vlc player and it has worked fine til today. I downloaded the first videos of skates'and there is no sound until you switch to track 2 and then it plays for about 2 or 3 minutes and the sound gets choppy and the video quits. I have quicktime but it says quicktime can't read this file. anyone have any ideas? Oh and the windows player started back working for about 2 days and then back to the (player cannot play this file thing)

I'm sorry that you are having these issues.
I'm emailing our webmaster so that he can clarify, but I believe that:
- All videos except Skates should be perfectly playable in media player classic or VLC.
- Skates videos should work fine in quicktime, and possibly in VLC if you change to audio channel 2 or 3.
He should confirm or clarify my comments in the next 12-16 hours.
My quicktime gives me error 2048 can't open file because it is a file that quicktime doesn't understand . I just downloaded quicktime so it
is up to date. if that helps webmaster. and vlc player plays everyone but skates . it will start skates fine on channnel 2 but quits about a
minute or 2 into it. Thanks for any help
downloaded kmplayer it works fine for now. I am not a computer guy at all. why can't we just download and play normally? Thanks for any help.
oh and you have to change the channel to channel 2 on the kmplayer there are 2 buttons to the left of the time counter @ the bottom left of the player.
Quicktime is giving you an error for Skates' files?

When the Windows player seemed to work and then stopped after a few days this was probably because you were trying to open a different video that had been encoded differently than the others and WMP couldn't handle it. That's why we recommend using VLC.
VLC should be able to play almost any file type, as listed on the web site here. Skates videos are mov format rather than wmv, which is also playable by VLC. Failing that they should play back fine via Quicktime. If this doesn't work, you might want to check other settings on your computer.

kmplayer I found on the net. but nobody elses videos work on it. screwy huh. why are these video downloads so different than the hundreds of
others I have downloaded and watched from many different places. anyway I have my little system now and it 's working.so it's all good

Yea, the only problems we had were corrected by what rongwrong said previously, so this is new for us.
Let us know if you experience any new problems, but out of thousands of subscribers to date I haven't heard of this one.
