Some of you have reported a 'bug' with the PokerStars rematch function. There are reports that both players will accept a rematch but that the rematch won't spawn. We've gotten some reports of example tournament IDs and have investigated. In all cases there were not sufficient USD funds in the accounts of both players to play another tournaments. In some cases one player had funds in another currency such as EUR that they had to convert manually prior to playing another match. Thanks to those who provided reports. Based on what we're seeing there isn't a bug, but if anyone else has a T# of an example where they think this is happening, please don't hesitate to send it over. (source)
