You beat those stakes by playing good solid poker I'd be very surprised if you fail to beat the games with the work you are putting in.
Without some data on how you play it is hard to tell where you are leaking chips.
Maybe post some positional stats, HH or even a short video

Very lil information obv, but if u watched the zztilt pack it's pretty outdated. Advice to think about ranges more and for ex don't just mindlessly cbet and barrel. You can do all sorts of other lines which will work better vs recs.
