Since I have been wanting to improve my BigBet game I was thinking about playing SNGS exclusively on WPN so that I could take advantage of their rakeback program.
I figure if I am going to be losing or at best breaking even the majority of the time I might as well try and clear some bonuses doing so while learning.
WPN has a replica of PS program so this seem like it could really boost my bankroll one i hit a certain amount of points.
I was just wondering if anyone has any exp doing this and how many sngs one would need to play to clear a $5k+ bonus.
Also do you think it would be better to play cash or sngs for this sort of experiment? I might just end up doing both though
You clear $1 in bonus or every $5 in rake paid for the first deposit bonus. So you'd need to rake $5,000 to clear the $1,000 first deposit bonus.
What $5,000 bonus are you talking about?
I would suggest a mix of SNGs and Cash if you are similarly skilled at both. The main drawback of a site like Black Chip is going to be the lower traffic (compared to say, Stars). So mixing it up across buyins and games can really make up for that drawback, and allow you constant access to some really poor level of competition (that's the positive on a site like this, a lot of really bad opponents).
not really an extra bonus but the 5k rb in the general/legend status as per this chart:
http://www.professionalrakeback.com/sites/professionalrakeback.com/files...
you get 5200 when you make general/legend status rigt?
The value in points on your rake becomes 5200 at that point, yes. You need to rake 17k to get to that point over the course of the year. It's also instead of the 27% rakeback.
The bonus you mention is if you choose VIP program instead of rakeback when signing up on black chip (and you can email vip@blackchippoker.eu to have them switch one time for you to either one).
