With your read that he is aggressive I would snap call. There are just to many hands you beat.And btw, I would 3-bet TT preflop, that makes your flop decision a no-brainer. 

Very good post.  Too many newer players will post situations where you bet the flop, then bet a very rare and small amount on the turn, get raised on a very specific board texture... and in the end the answer just does not help you very much because the situation comes up so infrequently (the thought process for coming up with the decision is really the only value in those cases, and even then it's easily misapplied in specific situations bc newer players won't as easily realize what the deciding factors or breaking points are).For this hand:- 3bet preflop with TT.  It's a very strong hand, especially in the lower stakes where opponents usually call your 3bets with a lot of hands (this changes a little as you move up, but generally stays the same if you look at population tendencies... you get less spew and stationy calls in higher stakes, but still many opponents, even good ones, that call 3bets very light... I can't remember when I last flatted TT to an open and I doubt many every day pros do either).- I would call the shove.  Download a free tool such as pokerstove and play around with various hand ranges on this flop.  I think what you'll find is that TT fairs well enough to call this shove against all but the tightest opponents (and even then it's still almost always a call, just not as favorable of a situation to be in).Post more situations like this as they come up, it's a very good (and super efficient) way to improve rapidly.
