How do i download the vidoes.There used to be a blue download button under the videos but it does not seem to be there on my computer.

It doesn't look like you were a member here previously.  If so, please let me know when.

The videos require a paid membership (except videos in the "free" section).

We have video packs starting at $19.99 along with full membership plans.  You can look at all of this in the "membership" section of the site.

We'll have some new options for smaller budgeted/lower stakes players within the next week.

i have been a fully paid

i have been a fully paid member for 12 weeks and 3 days which cost me in excess of $500 and the download video option still does not appear under the video. P.S I am not a smaller budgeted/lower stakes players as you put it.

I did not mean to sound offensive.

I only mentioned those payment options because when I looked in our system there seems to be no order associated with your account.  I didn't mean to imply that you were a low stakes player, I just used the opportunity to mention a new payment option that we're excited to be offering in the next few days, in the event that you were a low stakes to mid stakes player or on a budget (or just wanted to try the site out first before committing to a full membership).

I just looked into it further and see no order associated with your email address, no payment ever made from your email address.

If you paid for a membership, it must be under a different email address and possibly user account.

If you could PM me with the details of your order, how you paid, when you paid and which name/email address you used on payment, I can look into this and make sure that you have the proper access.

If you have paid for a membership and were not able to full use of it we will make sure to add more time to your membership.  If it is a fault of our own, we will further compensate you with some for of poker training as our way of saying sorry for the problem and mistake.

You can email membership [at] husng [dot] com with this information and we can assist you from there.

Sorry again for any confusion, this is not a typical event by any means, so when I didn't see your order I assumed you were not likely a paying member.  The only similar situations that take place usually occur when users did not realize that payment is required for viewing videos.  

I now realize my mistake and apologize.
